Integrated shield plans are private medical insurance plans that cover the costs of hospitalisation, as well as pre-and post-hospitalisation treatments. They also cover costs of outpatient cancer treatment.
The majority of our patients do not require surgery. For example, many of our patients with prostate and bladder problems can be treated with medication, without the need to undergo surgery.
We will be able to assess you and discuss with you the treatment options. If you have a condition that does not require surgery, it is not necessary to have an integrated shield plan to receive treatment at the clinic.
